Cancellation Refund

Srees Tours – Tour operator based in Kochi, having office at Kumarakom.   We get our direct client enquiry generated for tour booking is purely online.  We used to collect an advance against tour bookings and balance full payment on arrival.  In case of any cancellation, we used to refund either the entire amount or part amount, depend upon the package, to the client.  Below is the detailed cancellation and refund policy of SreesTours.

When a client books a service with us – just for example Kerala multi day tour package or Houseboat or activities, some part of the service is being outsourced.  Though we agree to give a refund against services we provide, sometimes it may not be possible due to the fact that some of the services included are being outsourced. The main service we outsource is the hotel bookings. Therefore, considering all aspects, our cancellation and refund policy is given below.

Cancellation and Refund Policy Applicable from 01 Jun to 30 Sep.

1.             Hotels – All hotels booked during this period are subject to full refund in case of any cancellation before 3 days to Check in date. 

2.            Taxi – Full refund available if cancelled 1 day prior against any taxi booking.

3.            Houseboat – Advance paid for any houseboat booking is fully refunded in case of cancellation before 3 days to check in. No refund available if cancelled within 3 days of original check in.  

4.            Package tour including hotel, houseboat and taxi. You can get a full refund if cancelled 3 days prior.  But once the trip is started and cancellation midway will attract full payment of hotel and houseboat.  Taxi will be calculated as per actual usage and refund available against non usage.

Note

1.            This cancellation and refund policy is not applicable during the local Kerala festival season and booking made during the long weekend.

2.            This cancellation and refund policy is not applicable for group booking of 5 or more rooms.

3.            The above cancellation and refund policy is not applicable for 5 star hotels and luxury houseboats booked.  Please refer to our hotel voucher for cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation and Refund Policy Applicable from 01 Oct to 31 May

1.            Hotels – All hotels booked during this period are subject to full refund in case of any cancellation before 15 days to Check in date. 

2.            Taxi – Full refund available if cancelled 3 days prior against any taxi booking.

3.            Houseboat – Advance paid for any houseboat booking is fully refunded in case of cancellation before 10 days to check in. No refund available if cancelled within 10 days of original check in.  

4.            Package tour including hotel, houseboat and taxi. You can get a full refund if cancelled 15 days prior.  But once the trip is started and cancellation midway will attract full payment of hotel and houseboat.  Taxi will be calculated as per actual usage and refund available against non usage.

Note

1.            This cancellation and refund policy is not applicable during Pooja /Diwali Holidays and from 15 Dec to 15 Jan.

2.            This cancellation and refund policy is not applicable for group booking of 5 or more rooms.

3.            The above cancellation and refund policy is not applicable for 5 star hotels booked.  Please refer to our hotel confirmation voucher for cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation Policy – Activities Entry Fee

You can get a full refund if cancelled against any money paid for activities and entry fee.  But entry fee or activity fee paid against any Govt run programme is non refundable.
