Alleppey Houseboat Day Tour

Option II Program : 09:30 Hrs to 12:30 Hrs Day Tour in Houseboat

Houseboat short trip starts at 0930hrs.  Houseboat makes trip through Vembanadu lake for 40mins and crossing Pallikayal – a bigger canal.  Visit C Block, a canal at  Alleppey backwaters – where paddy cultivated below sea level. At the end of R block, we make to come back to Kumarakiom boat jetty via Vembanadu lake.  Trip ends at Kumarakom  boat jetty.

5% Tax extra

• Strictly on time based. Check out at 1230hrs is compulsory and no extension will be allowed even with extra cost
•  In case of delayed check in, no extension after 1230hrs is available.
• Food, min water etc are not included.
• Advance booking minimum 1 day prior required.
•  Pick up from any hotels in Kumarakom is not possible due to time constraints.

It is a private houseboat and no a sharing one.

Option II Programme : 5hrs Day Tour in Houseboat

Houseboat Day Trip  can start any time after 1000hrs and  make a trip through Vembanadu lake for 40mins.  The boat enter C Block canal, where paddy is cultivated below sea level. At the end of C Block, the boat enter Punnamada Kayal –  this river is famous for Nehru Trophy Boat Race which is being conducted every year.  The boat enter SNDP Thod (Thod means canal) which is the smallest canal in this trip (width 30-35mtrs).  After the lunch, the boat enter R Block – canal and end its trip at Kumarakom Govt boat Jetty after 5hrs.

• These rates are not valid on Weekends and Holidays 
• Above rates not valid from 20 Dec to 10 Jan
• Advance booking with payment to required to reserve the boat
• Welcome drink(lemon juice), Lunch (veg and non veg as per requirement) and evening refreshments included.
• Private Boat.  Check in and check out time is flexible.
• In case of delayed check in, boat can operate Max by 6pm only.   Guest needs to check out after 6pm and not allowed to stay in the boat after 6pm.
• During the duration of 5hrs, there will be 30min halt for the Lunch.
