Day 1 : Departure from Kochi
All the visitors’ reports at Lakshadweep Passenger Scanning center at 9:00 A.M. After completion of all the security formalities, step into the bus that will take you to the wharf; boarded to M.V Lakshadweep Sea. On board M.V Kavaratti, lunch and dinner will be served. The ship will depart from Kochi after 2’O clock.
Day 2 : Minicoy Island

About Minicoy Island
Minicoy is the second largest island which is 10.6 kms long and 398 kms away from Kochi.
Minicoy has one of the largest lagoons with a small uninhabited Island Viringili on its southern side. Minicoy is distinct from the northern group of islands in its culture, language dress etc. It has a cluster of 11 villages, which are called “Ava’h” each presided over by an elected village elder called Bodukaka. Traditionally all powers to manage village affairs are vested in him. Each village has a village house beautifully maintained and decorated. Minicoy is renowned for its tradition dance – the Lava performed on festive occasions. Colourful race boats called “Jahadhoni” are a feast to the eye of any tourist. A large number of men from this island are employed as seamen in ships all over the world. Mahal is the spoken language. Minicoy is an important center for tuna fishing and a tuna-canning factory on the island processes the catch. A 300-foot tall lighthouse built in 1885 by the British is a majestic landmark. The beaches at these islands have bathing huts integrated with changing rooms. Water sporting facilities are also available at the beaches
After taking proper bath and having breakfast, you can proceed to see the island by Pablo boats. The island carries a lot of adventurous and exciting entertainment sources. Adventurous sports like swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, glass boating, diving, etc. can be carried out with the joy of sightseeing. Lunch will be served in the beach buffet in afternoon. The ship will be boarded around 4:30 pm and then will depart to the next island. Facilities like night stating and dinner are available on the ship.
Day 3 : Kalpeni Island
Kalpeni Island forms a single atoll along with two small Islands of Tilakkam and Pitti and the uninhabited island of Cheriyam in the north. Along its eastern and southeastern, there is a huge storm bank of coral debris shorelines. It’s a peculiar feature of Kalpeni. The local people here believe that in 1847 a violent storm threw up huge coral boulders along these shores.
The beaches at these islands have bathing huts integrated with changing rooms. Water sporting facilities are also available at the beaches. Day 4 : Kavaratti Island
Early morning Ship reached Kavaratti Island, Kavaratti is the most developed island on Lakshadweep and it is the Headquarters of the Administration. An ideal spot for water sports, swimming and snorkeling is offered by the beautiful and calm lagoon. Sunbathing or just lazing around on the beach can be a heady experience.
The prime attraction of the Kavaratti Island is the captivating aquarium with many varieties of corals and different species of beautiful and colorful fishes. A planetarium has recently been opened for tourists and public. The most important pilgrim centre for Muslims “Urja mosque” is situated here. Through the glass bottomed boats, tourists can enjoy the views of exotic underwater world. Kayaks and sailing yachts are available on hire. The rates are very reasonable, and are available on the basis of rates per hour or rates per day. The Dolphin Dive Centre is another attraction for water sports enthusiasts. The aura of this place is such that you will forget all your worries and tensions, and will just surrender yourself to the peace and calmness spread in the place
The islands here also have the same facilities and adventurous activities and entertainment sources as there were at other islands. You can enjoy bathing in bathing huts, taste the delicious breakfast, take sports like swimming, diving, kayaking, etc. beach buffets are there to serve the lunch. Departure will be set at 4:30pm to Kochi. Night stay and dinner facilities are on board.
Day 5 : Kochi
Next morning the ship reaches to Kochi at 10:00 am. The boarding of the passengers start and they are taken to the Passenger reporting center through bus, and the tour comes to an end.

Cancellation and Refund
- If the cancellation done on or before 15 days of the scheduled departure, then charges upto 20% will be deducted from the package charges.
- If the cancellation done in between 7 to 14 days before schedule departure, then charges up to 50% will be deducted from the package charges.
- If cancellation before less than 7 days of the scheduled departure, then 100% cancellation charges will be deducted from the packages charges.
We are NOT responsible for Cancellation/ Change of Ship schedule, after the confirmation of the travel, as the same is operated by Lakshadweep Authority. Rates in Indian Rupees, Service Tax applicable at prevailing Govt. Tax rate
Conditions
- Liquor consumption is banned.
- Liability in the changes of the schedule of the ship without prior notice.
- Ships are operated by Lakshadweep Administration. In case of a change in the ship schedule liability of SPORTS is restricted to transporting the tourists back to Cochin by immediate available conveyance of the ship only.
- Tourists availing LTC may collect LTC certificate from Manager on board at the time of return journey or from our Kochi office on return.
- Transport and tour change bifurcation is given in the tariff chart.
- 3.09% Service tax applicable as per the prevailing Govt. Tax rate.
- Child rate. Children from 1 yr to 10 yrs will be on child rate.
