Adityan Houseboat: A Luxury 2 bedroom Houseboat with Top Floor located in Kumarakom. The boat is owned and operated by Mr. Sudish, a resident of Kumarakom, who is having an experience of 12 yrs in the hospitality field.
Adityan 2 bedroom is having front lobby fully glass-covered and a top floor also. It has two rooms attached to the washroom. Since the lobby is fully glass-covered, it does not have any insect or mosquito problems in the evening. The top floor which can accommodate around 20 people is idle for day trips for sightseeing. A sun deck is also an attraction on the top floor. Sofa sets, dining table, TV and music system, etc are all placed in the lobby.
Location: The boat is docked and operating from Kaipuzamuttu Jetty in Kumarakom.
Sightseeing Route: Generally it used to make a trip in and around Kumarakom sightseeing only but on request, the boat can make a trip to Alleppey backwaters also. It used to make a night halt in any canal or lakeside in Kumarakom.
Specialty: The main specialty of this boat is having lobby fully glass-covered and a top floor. The bedroom ceiling is made of the traditional architect of Kerala. This will be a good and new experience for those who like Kerala wooden architect.

Note:
- The food will be as per the menu listed.
- Food preference ie vegs / non-veg / Jain food must intimate one day prior.
- During overnight, the boat will be docked separately and will not be clubbed with other boats.
- Dinner will not be provided after 21:30 Hrs.
- TV / DVD will be allowed to switch on till 17:30 Hrs.
- Balance payment if any will be collected during the check-in time and not at the end of the trip.
